-Kale Salad: Kale is a nutrient dense vegetable that is high in antioxidants. To make this salad combine kale leaves with chopped walnuts or almonds or sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds; add sliced apples; drizzle on dressing made from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt/pepper then top with crumbled goat cheese.
-Fruit Salad: Put together your favorite fruits (grapes or pineapple) in a bowl and sprinkle with a little cinnamon if desired. Serve topped with vanilla yogurt if desired .
Or try this recipe for Chicken Curry: Combine 1 tablespoon butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 diced onion, 3 tablespoons curry powder and 1 teaspoon salt in a skillet over medium heat. Add 4-6 cups water and bring to boil. Add 2 pounds of skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces and simmer 10 minutes covered before adding 1 cup coconut milk or milk mixed with 1 teaspoon curry paste. Bring back to boil then simmer 15 minutes uncovered before serving over rice.

Mayonnaise, choped Paneer, choped capcicum and pealed and separated pieces of onion
How to make :-
First you have to put everything in bowl mix them well so every piece is in mayonnaise then you have to place them on a wooden stick/ toothpick Now, if you have have barbeque you can grill it on it or you can use microvave / oven for grilling.
After grilling 10 to 15 minutes.
Place them on a plate and serve them.
